Cat. #004031812: LINDA STIRLING

Yummy 8x10-inch black and white pin-up swimsuit portrait in her prime, boldly signed and inscribed in black felt-tip pen in the 1980s. In good condition, with negligible handling dings. After making her bones as a fashion model and Earl Carroll showgirl, gorgeous Linda Stirling was discovered by Republic Studios, who turned her into a hard-fighting, hard-riding action serial and B-western star. Her long list of enjoyable, if not Oscar-worthy credits, includes The Tiger Woman (1944), Zorro's Black Whip (1944), The Purple Monster Strikes (1945), The Topeka Terror (1945), The Crimson Ghost (1946), The Invisible Informer (1946), and Jesse James Rides Again (1947).
